James E. Rains, Jr., AIA and Melanie L. Rains, ATC-L. The office is
located in Ramseur, NC, which is centrally located in Randolph
County, in the geographical center of North Carolina. This location
provides quick access to the Triad and the Triangle, as well as the
Charlotte area. |
